Get to Know Me

I have been a licensed massage therapist for more than nine years, including five years with Optimum Therapies in Rice Lake. I enjoy helping people from all walks of life feel better, move more comfortably, and make time for their overall well-being through individualized massage therapy.

My approach may include deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, relaxation massage, cupping, assisted stretching, myofascial techniques, pin-and-stretch techniques, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF). I tailor each session to the individual’s needs, comfort level, and goals.
