Industrial Specialist/Athletic Trainer – Eau Claire
Optimum Therapies, a recognized Physical Therapy leader in the area with clinics in Eau Claire, Lake Hallie and Menomonie, currently has an opening for an Industrial Specialist/Athletic Trainer serving the Chippewa Valley area and surrounding communities. We are a private practice dedicated to helping people and employers restore and improve movement throughout their lifetime. You will be part of team that works together to develop each other’s skills and provide the best experience to our patients/clients.
The Industrial Specialist /Athletic Trainer that we are seeking is dynamic, motivated, compassionate, is diplomatic and tactful. Responsibilities include on site injury prevention training, job analysis, ergonomic risk assessments, post offer employment testing, and developing work conditioning programs. Marketing to grow customer relations with potential employers will also be a key opportunity for this position. Travel will be involved within a 30 mile radius of Eau Claire. Requirements are a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training along with Wisconsin state licensure (or ability to obtain) and current CPR/AED certification.

Administrative Assistant – Eau Claire

The individual in this position will value dedication, have great communication skills, and take ownership for ensuring that responsibilities associated with the position are being completed on a timely basis. Our purpose at PT Advantage is to offer Physical Therapy clinic owner’s success through accurate, honest and relevant administrative support.
Job responsibilities will include:
- Assists with the accounts payable and monthly billing
- Work with bi-weekly payroll processing
- Work on Finance Department projects and reports as requested
- Work with weekly and monthly metric reports for owners of the clinics
- Assist with processing of claims to insurance companies and posting payments received
- Assist with process of patient insurance verification
Strong Excel, Microsoft 365, computer and communication skills, being detail oriented, dependable and having the desire to be part of a team that is committed to our clients are key characteristics of the individual we are seeking for this position. Post-secondary education and/or experience working with finance, billing, and accounts receivable in a medical or business environment is preferred. Quickbooks experience is a plus.

This position will be based in our Eau Claire location working Monday through Friday. We focus on making sure that our staff have a good work/life balance with flexible scheduling. Occupational or Physical Therapist/Hand Therapist-Rice Lake
Optimum Therapies of Rice Lake has an exciting opportunity for an Occupational or Physical Therapist interested in hand therapy to join our growing practice in Rice Lake, WI. You will be joining a very vibrant and busy outpatient practice with multiple physical therapists to collaborate with working predominantly with patients with hand therapy needs. Optimum Therapies of Rice Lake has outpatient clinics in Barron and Rice Lake in northwest Wisconsin. If you love the outdoors, we have great hiking, biking and skiing trails in addition to many beautiful lakes. Rice Lake is located two hours from Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN; one and a half hour from Duluth, MN and 60 minutes from Eau Claire, WI giving you access to the big city environment when desired.
Using specialized skills in assessment, planning and treatment, you will provide therapeutic interventions to prevent dysfunction, restore function, or reverse the progression of pathology of the upper limb in order to enhance a patient’s ability to execute tasks and to participate fully in life situations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Licensed in the State of Wisconsin as a Physical or Occupational Therapist with a minimum of two years in hand/upper extremity experience. Certified Hand Therapist is preferred or willingness to train.
