Hiring Process FAQ

Once you apply, your application will be reviewed by Human Resources to determine if you'd be a good fit for the position based on your experience and/or education. 

If you have not received a response from our Human Resources Manager regarding your resume and cover letter after 5 business days, please send another email. 

We start the interview process with a preliminary 1 on 1 phone interview with our Human Resources Manager. Our next step is an in-person interview at the clinic location including the clinic owner(s), HR, and any other appropriate personnel. 

You can expect to hear back with an initial reply within 3 business days after submitting your resume and cover letter. Potential candidates will be notified about scheduling a phone interview. Phone and in-person interviews generally occur or are scheduled within 2 weeks of applying.
