Get to Know Me
I became a physical therapist because I value helping people while getting to know them as individuals. It is rewarding to be part of each patient’s progress and help them return to the activities that allow them to live fully. My approach considers the whole person, with an individualized rehabilitation plan built around each patient’s needs and goals.
I enjoy working with athletes, including anyone who moves their body with purpose, as well as individuals experiencing chronic pain. I also have a strong interest in oncology rehabilitation and pelvic health physical therapy for conditions such as pelvic pain and urinary dysfunction. Depending on each patient’s needs, treatment may incorporate manual therapy, Pilates-based rehabilitation, dry needling, and strength training.
As a former collegiate volleyball player, I continue to share my passion for the sport by coaching and encouraging young athletes. Outside the clinic, I enjoy gardening, playing sports with my sons, cooking with my husband, hiking, and kayaking.
