Get to Know Me
When you have me as your therapist, you can expect a balanced approach where professionalism and a fun, friendly atmosphere come together. I truly listen to you, making sure you feel understood and supported throughout your recovery. With a commitment to using my expertise, I’ll tailor our sessions to best meet your needs and goals, focusing on helping you achieve real progress in a way that’s motivating and effective.
Because I truly love making a positive impact on people’s lives. Helping others feel better, watching their progress, and making a difference in someone’s health and daily life—bringing a smile to their face and guiding them back to doing the things they love—are what make me love being a PTA. Being a PTA is more than just physical recovery; it’s about uplifting others and sharing in their victories, big or small.
I’m most passionate about spending time with my friends and family and being there to support them. Being around the people I care about is my happy place, and I’m always up for making each moment count! During summer I love camping with my family. During the winter time, I enjoy snow fights with my teenage boys. Everyday I love spend time with my dog Oscar. I also love kayaking fishing (NO ICE fishing), hiking, and reading (specifically Stephen King).
