Get to Know Me
I was drawn to physical therapy because it combines movement, hands-on problem-solving, and meaningful human connection. I enjoy helping patients understand their bodies and return to the activities that matter most to them. My approach is evidence-based, practical, and personal, with an emphasis on building independence and giving patients tools to manage their health over the long term.
My clinical interests include orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, and neurological conditions. I especially enjoy treating vertigo, balance disorders, chronic low back pain, and cyclists. Treatment may incorporate manual therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, and strength training to help patients improve stability, build strength, and move with greater confidence.
Outside the clinic, my family is my focus. I enjoy spending time with my wife, two young daughters, and adult son. Together, we enjoy hiking, biking, skiing, snowboarding, and heading out on photography adventures. Patients can expect me to listen closely to their goals and remain genuinely invested throughout their recovery.
