Get to Know Me
I chose physical therapy because of my interest in medical science and my desire to help people restore function, regain independence, and return to the activities that matter to them. My approach is patient-centered. I take time to listen to each person’s story, understand their goals, and empower them to take an active role in their recovery.
I enjoy treating orthopedic and post-operative conditions that require an individualized approach beyond simply following a standard protocol. I also have experience treating complex vestibular disorders that cause dizziness, vertigo, and balance concerns. Depending on each patient’s needs, treatment may incorporate manual therapy, strength training, dry needling, and vestibular rehabilitation.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors, and cheering on the University of St. Thomas baseball team and my three sons in their activities. I also enjoy time with my Goldendoodle, family, and friends around Lake Wissota and the surrounding area.
