Get to Know Me
I chose physical therapy because I wanted to help people better understand their bodies and take an active role in recovery. My approach looks beyond pain alone to identify movement patterns and other factors that may be affecting function. Because every patient is different, I tailor treatment and education to each person’s needs and goals.
I enjoy working with young athletes, individuals with balance disorders, patients who want to improve their overall strength, women seeking physical therapy, and employees preparing to return to work. Treatment may incorporate strength training and Pilates-based movement retraining to support better movement, confidence, and long-term function.
I served in the National Guard for 10 years and have a background in hockey. Outside the clinic, I enjoy staying active, spending time outdoors, and relaxing when I can.
