Get to Know Me
I take a whole-person approach to physical therapy, recognizing that each patient brings a unique story, set of experiences, and health goals to their care. I value taking the time to listen, answer questions, and help patients better understand their bodies. Through education and individualized treatment, I aim to reduce the fear that can accompany pain and give patients practical strategies to manage symptoms, improve activity levels, and support their quality of life.
I enjoy treating orthopedic conditions and providing pelvic health physical therapy. My treatment approach may incorporate manual therapy, strength training, patient education, and personalized strategies that support long-term symptom management.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband and family. Some of my favorite activities include gardening, caring for my chickens, hiking, camping, fishing, cycling, and traveling.
