Get to Know Me
My own experience recovering from sports injuries in high school inspired me to become a physical therapist assistant. During rehabilitation, I was drawn to the knowledge and guidance provided by my physical therapists and athletic trainers. Today, I strive to meet patients where they are, ensure they feel heard, and encourage them to take an active role in their care.
I enjoy working with athletes, post-surgical patients, individuals with spine conditions, and patients seeking postpartum or pelvic health rehabilitation. I also have a strong interest in movement performance and biomechanics. Depending on each patient’s needs and goals, treatment may incorporate manual therapy, strength training, and movement analysis.
My athletic background includes high school volleyball and softball, bodybuilding, and CrossFit competitions. Outside the clinic, I enjoy spending time with family, riding horses, hiking, trail running, and participating in 3D archery.
