Get to Know Me
I take a whole-person approach to physical therapy, beginning with a thorough evaluation and an understanding of each patient’s needs, experiences, and goals. Together, we develop an individualized plan of care designed to improve movement, function, and overall well-being. I became a physical therapist because I care deeply about helping people become healthier, more capable versions of themselves.
I especially enjoy working with weightlifters, athletes, individuals with chronic back or neck pain, and employees recovering from work-related injuries. I also enjoy partnering with employers to support injury prevention and workplace health. My treatment approach may incorporate manual therapy, fascial release, muscle energy techniques, Pilates-based movement retraining, strength training, and dry needling.
I value being part of a community built on respect, collaboration, and a strong work ethic. Outside the clinic, I enjoy exercising, fishing, hunting, working on the farm, waterskiing, and playing football or basketball with my family. My Christian faith is also an important part of my life, and my family and I are avid Kansas City Chiefs fans.
