Get to Know Me

My background is in athletic training and sports medicine, with experience supporting professional athletes and multiple NCAA Division I athletic programs. Today, I apply that experience in partnership with employers to promote workplace health, prevent injuries, and help employees safely return to work.

I especially enjoy working with athletes and “industrial athletes,” or employees whose physically demanding jobs require strength, mobility, endurance, and coordination. My approach may incorporate manual therapy along with individualized return-to-sport and return-to-work programming. My goal is to help each person recover safely, reduce the risk of future injury, and perform at their best in their sport or occupation.
