Get to Know Me
I am passionate about helping people move better, build strength, and stay active in the ways that are most meaningful to them, whether that means competing in sports, improving overall fitness, or enjoying everyday activities with fewer limitations. I strive to create a positive, encouraging environment where patients feel comfortable, supported, and motivated throughout their care.
I especially enjoy working with athletes and patients recovering from surgery. My treatment approach may incorporate manual therapy, strength training, and muscle energy techniques based on each patient’s needs and goals.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy lifting, playing pickleball, spending time outdoors, and staying active with family and friends. Patients can also expect a smile and some lighthearted conversation along the way.
