Get to know me
I enjoy helping people move and feel good when exercising. My passion is to help each person I work with to feel safe, confident, and excited about what their body is capable of doing.

Each person who works with me can expect an individualized plan catered to their specific goals and needs.

I’m a certified personal trainer because God gave me the gift of teaching others. He gave me the ability to listen to each person and be present with their needs and goals. My clients know they are important and I am there to encourage them each step of their journey.

I’m most passionate about using the gifts the Lord has given me to help others feel good about their abilities and stretch them into new adventures.

I enjoy working with my clients at the Eau Claire clinic and seeing the friendships that have formed from being in class together. Working at the Island Lake Studio allows me to teach Pilates to people who are being reintroduced to exercise. There is nothing more satisfying than hearing clients talk about how much their balance and coordination have improved and their confidence in movement has grown.

Outside of work, I enjoy teaching Bible studies to fourth and fifth grade students at our church in Ladysmith. I enjoy being connected to our church family, helping our community grow in their faith.

I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, golfing, kayaking, walking my dogs in all kinds of weather, snow shoeing, and cross country skiing. To relax, I enjoy reading and working on puzzles while listening to books on tape.
