Get to Know Me

A patient can expect to feel heard and respected. It’s a high value of mine to make sure that patients feel safe and comfortable when they are in a vulnerable place dealing with pain or functional loss. Patients can also expect positive change within a reasonable period of time. We won’t spin our wheels or be complacent when we aren’t seeing the results we’re looking for. Your goals will be meaningfully met, or we will support a transition to the next step.

I’m a physical therapist because I take joy in helping people live their best life. I love learning and educating, and I thrive in relational environments. Reaching goals and finding freedom is so fun–it never gets old to see patients succeed! What I love about the community is that the Chippewa Valley places high value on local activities and events, and there is a great local pride and support. There’s something for everyone–music, art, food, festivals, educational institutions, fitness outlets, church activities, and resources to explore the outdoors!

In this stage of life, I’m most passionate about my family. I have three young, sweet, and wild boys, and I love being their mom! I’m biased, but they’re the best! When I’m not working, I’m hanging out with my husband and sons. We love to be outside in the neighborhood or at a local park, taking hikes in the woods, or wrestling in the living room. Some of my favorite activities and hobbies include swimming, skiing, walking, hiking, reading, sewing, and spending time at the family cabin.
