Get to Know Me
I take a whole-person approach to physical therapy, looking beyond the immediate symptoms to understand the factors affecting each patient’s movement and function. My goal is to help patients improve their mobility, feel more confident in their abilities, and return to the activities they enjoy.
I treat a wide range of orthopedic conditions and especially enjoy post-operative rehabilitation, shoulder rehabilitation, working with athletes, and helping patients prepare to return to sport. I also enjoy treating individuals with Parkinson’s disease and other balance disorders. Each treatment plan is individualized based on the patient’s condition, abilities, and personal goals.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy biking, playing soccer, reading, spending time outdoors with my husband and children, and taking walks with my dog.
