Get to Know Me
I became a physical therapist because I wanted to help people return to the activities they enjoy and live more active, fulfilling lives. I strive to create a welcoming and comfortable environment where patients feel heard, supported, and confident throughout their physical therapy experience. My approach is collaborative, meeting each patient where they are and developing a plan that reflects their individual needs and goals.
I especially enjoy working with older adults and patients recovering from surgery. I often incorporate the Pilates reformer into treatment to help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall movement in a controlled, adaptable way.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy spending time outdoors, especially paddleboarding and hiking.
