Get to Know Me
I chose physical therapy because I enjoy helping people feel capable, confident, and supported as they return to the activities that matter most to them. My treatment approach is collaborative and practical, with an emphasis on building strength, improving movement quality, and helping patients understand the purpose behind their care.
I especially enjoy treating orthopedic conditions, athletes and active individuals, post-operative patients, and people working toward return-to-sport or return-to-work goals. My clinical interests include industrial and work injury rehabilitation, blood flow restriction training, Pilates-based rehabilitation, and functional strength-based care. Treatment may incorporate functional strength training, movement analysis, manual therapy, blood flow restriction training, and Pilates-based exercise.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy attending concerts, golfing, playing pickleball, spending time outdoors and on the lake, and being involved in my local community.
