Get to Know Me

I take a whole body approach to assessment and treatment strategies as each person has their own story and journey that is molded into their health and wellness. I place a high value in taking the time to listen and educate patients so they have a better understanding of their body to reduce the fear that can accompany pain and to improve their level of understanding in the healing journey. I also seek to find the most appropriate tools and strategies for each person to gain the ability to self manage their symptoms to allow them to improve their activity level and quality of life. I am a physical therapist because I am passionate about leading a healthy lifestyle and it brings me joy to share that lifestyle with others helping to improve their quality of life.

I enjoy spending time with my husband and family doing most anything that is in the outdoors. More specifically, I enjoy gardening, hanging out with my chickens, hiking, camping, fishing, cycling, and traveling. The Chippewa Valley community is growing but I love that there is still a small town feel with people and groups who rally around each other with support. Professionally, I enjoy working with people in the community who are striving to be healthier to allow them to be more active in this great community!
